Privacy and cookies
CloneMini turns customer photos into personalised digital designs and print-ready 3D files. This page explains the information used to provide that service and the choices available to you.
Information we use
- Account and contact details, such as your cellphone number and customer name.
- Photos you upload, your design instructions, order metadata, generated previews, and 3D files.
- Order, payment status, and fulfilment information. Payment providers process your payment details; CloneMini does not store full card details.
- Optional website analytics, but only after you choose to allow analytics.
Why we use it
We use this information to authenticate your workspace, create and improve the miniature you requested, prepare downloadable files, support your order, prevent misuse, meet accounting obligations, and understand service performance where you have allowed analytics.
Photos and design providers
Your uploaded photo and relevant design instructions may be sent to specialist image-generation, 3D-generation, storage, and print-preparation providers that help fulfil your request. Only upload a photo when you have permission from every identifiable person in it. Some providers may process information outside your country.
Payments
PayFast or PayPal may receive the information needed to open and confirm a secure checkout. Their own privacy terms apply to the payment service they provide. CloneMini stores the payment reference, provider, amount, currency, and confirmation status needed to manage your order.
Analytics and cookies
Necessary browser storage keeps your sign-in, locale, order progress, and privacy choice working. Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion measurement, and the X and Meta website tags are optional and do not load until you select Allow analytics and ad measurement. When allowed, these tags measure page views and standard browser activity; CloneMini may also retain a sanitised first-touch and last-touch campaign record with an order. After payment is confirmed, an order ID, amount, and currency may be sent to Google and X; Meta Purchase receives the amount and currency. Return-page payment identifiers are removed from the page URL before optional tags load. Photos, phone numbers, and names are not included in purchase events. You can change your choice through Privacy choices.
Retention and security
We keep order information and generated assets for as long as reasonably needed to deliver the service, support downloads and revisions, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Access controls, authenticated links, and service-provider safeguards are used to reduce unauthorised access.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct, or delete personal information, object to certain processing, or withdraw analytics consent. Some records may need to be retained where the law requires it or where they are needed to complete an existing order.
